Pearce West Employment Law Solicitors is led by Jonathan West, a qualified solicitor with over 24 years' experience of acting in Unfair Dismissal and other Employment claims. Jonathan is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (www.elaweb.org.uk) and the Law Society (www.lawsoc.org.uk), and he is an experienced advocate in Employment law cases in Employment Tribunals across Southern England. He is also highly experienced in negotiations with ACAS (www.acas.org.uk) in Employment disputes.
We often act for clients on "no win-no fee" arrangements and also under legal expenses policies, and our success rate in our Unfair Dismissal and other employment cases over the last year was very high.
We are also able to give expert advice on Compromise Agreements and severance packages, having acted in many such cases over the last decade for all types and seniority of employee, from Chief Executive to PA's, and from senior accountants to junior employees.
